Plan Sponsor Services
All services are customized to the needs of each plan sponsor.
- Due Diligence Review – Periodically provide a detailed analysis of products available; the services they offer and fees associated to ensure the client is receiving the product they need.
- Plan Document Review – Analyze the features of the plan document to ensure the plan provides competitive benefits. Work with the employer’s attorney or product to provide a personalized document.
- Investment Policy – Review existing or assist with developing an Investment Policy Statement.
- Investment Review – Review fund options to determine the funds to be offered. Then, keep the employer updated with quarterly and/or annual analysis of the funds; including fund performance, style drift, management changes, and objectives.
- Technical Support – Coordinate the human resource functions with the recordkeeper, administrator, and attorney. Educate the plan sponsor to efficiently utilize the services purchased; such as how to transmit bi-weekly contributions or process QDRO distributions.
- Compliance Updates – Notify the employer of changes in rules or regulations which affect their plan.

* Enrollment Meetings – Provide on-site employee seminars for initial enrollment.
* Educational Meetings – Hold group meetings to further enhance the employee’s understanding of their plan; including the importance of saving for retirement, compounding of interest, and dollar cost averaging.
* Informational Meetings – Group meetings to review fund performance with employees.
* Individual M eetings – These one on one meetings help employees understand their unique situation regarding risk tolerance, time horizon and guidance with their asset allocation.
